# Fuse Airdrop Season 1 tiers and points

### Official tier winners
The Fuse team [officially announced](https://news.fuse.io/fuse-airdrop-season-1-conclusion-and-reward-distribution-details/) that there are 11,788 wallets in the distribution tiers:
> Tier 1 = 1000 FUSE (16 winners)
> Tier 2 = 750 FUSE (17 winners)
> Tier 3 = 500 FUSE (83 winners)
> Tier 4 = 250 FUSE (554 winners)
> Tier 5 = 200 FUSE (1752 winners)
> Tier 6 = 100 FUSE (3686 winners)
> Tier 7 = 30 FUSE (6056 winners)

### Minimum points for tiers
Here is our educated guess on how those tiers were made up:
Tier 1 = 1000000 points
Tier 2 = 500000 points
Tier 3 = 100000 points
Tier 4 = 10000 points
Tier 5 = 1000 points
Tier 6 = 100 points
Tier 7 = 51 points

### FUSE distribution per tier

To calculate the total number of FUSE tokens distributed, we need to multiply the number of winners in each tier by the corresponding FUSE amount and then sum all these values. Let's break it down step by step:

Tier 1: 1000 FUSE * 16 winners = 16,000 FUSE
Tier 2: 750 FUSE * 17 winners = 12,750 FUSE
Tier 3: 500 FUSE * 83 winners = 41,500 FUSE
Tier 4: 250 FUSE * 554 winners = 138,500 FUSE
Tier 5: 200 FUSE * 1752 winners = 350,400 FUSE
Tier 6: 100 FUSE * 3686 winners = 368,600 FUSE
Tier 7: 30 FUSE * 6056 winners = 181,680 FUSE

Now, let's sum all these values:
16000 + 12750 + 41500 + 138500 + 350400 + 368600 + 181680 = 1,109,430 FUSE
Therefore, the total number of FUSE tokens distributed was 1,109,430 FUSE.

### Numbers don't match

Based on the calculation above, 1,109,430 FUSE token was distributed in Season 1. This is weird, because according to the team they only distributed 1 million FUSE tokens.

They also state that "A total of 11,788 fair and active participants will be able to claim the airdrop", however adding up the official tier winners (16 + 17 + 83 + 554 + 1752 + 3686 + 6056 = 12,164) does not match this number.

### Season 2?
In season 2, the team will distribute 2.5x the amount of FUSE tokens (2.5 million).
